Veronica was a fantastic scientist and a brilliant friend. Distance and time apart didn't matter - the friendship with V was always there, firm and solid. Veronica was witty, funny, brave and so understanding. My family and I will miss her so much. We were so happy to see V twice this year -in Bangalore and in Dublin, with Mani.
