Two mouse keratinocyte cells attached on fibronectin coated in I shaped pattern. Stained for actin in green, Vinculin (focal adhesion protein) in red, nuclues in blue. Imaged at NCBS CIFF training center, with Zeiss LSM 700 confocal microscope. 2013. Kavana Nadahalli.
